Data Analysis

Data analysis services provided are:

• Designing efficient and effective data collection system for clients
• Writing a data analysis plan which will specify specific statistics to address the research question, the assumptions of the statistics and justifying why they are the appropriate statistics
• Where necessary editing the research questions and null or alternative hypotheses developed by clients
• Producing and explaining to clients a data analysis plan that will determine how the available data will be cleaned, transformed and analyzed
• Using the appropriate statistical methods and softwares to analyze the data

The completed work where possible will be dropped at the premises or the offices of clients. Under some circumstances, completed work can simply be emailed to clients. The client will pay for all handling charges where applicable and this will be factored during the costing of the project.

When a report or a presentation is required the venue, time and format will be determined by the client where applicable.

Production services provided will be:

• One initial consultation and discussion of detailed project specifications
• Prompt estimate of the time to complete the project
• Discussion and approval of the quote price
• After approval of quote price there will be one meeting for contract signing
• All correspondence throughout the project such as telephone calls, emails or faxes
• One proof meeting with mock-up if possible
• One final approval meeting

• All work will be produced in-house copied to a CD-ROM and stored. All original work cannot be copied or reproduced without  permission.
